The area that surrounds the Bristol Hills is rich in beauty and things to do. Attractions nearby include the Gell Center for writers, Cumming Nature Center, which is part of the Rochester Museum, plus Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow, for skiers.

The nearby villages include Honeoye and Naples, hamlets include Bristol Springs and Bristol Center. The closest city is Canandaigua, which is about a 20 minute drive away.

Sportsmen will find fishing opportunities in nearby Canandaigua Lake, with a free boat launch 10 mintues away. There is also fishing to be found in Honeoye, Hemlock and Canadice Lakes. All of these are within a 25 minute drive. Stream fishing is close by too, in the Naples Creek.

We are in great hunting country, with plenty of public land nearby. Hi Tor, Stid Hill and the Honeoye Management Area have thousands of combined acres to pursue big, and small game. All are within a 5, to 20, minute drive.

Wine lovers, and antique hunters, will find our location to be perfectly situated on the doorstep of the Finger Lakes Region, where both of these pursuits can be undertaken for days at a time.
